4-6 persons - $70.00 per person per night
6-8 persons - $65.00 per person per night
More than 8 persons per night - half price ($32.50)

THE BARNACLE (3x bedrooms)
2-3 persons - $65.00 per person per night
4-6 persons - $60.00 per person per night
 

 MUSKIE MANOR  (3x bedrooms)
2-3 persons - $65.00 per person per night
4-6 persons - $60.00 per person per night

TRAPLINE (2x bedrooms)
$58.00 per night

TRAILHEAD (1x bedroom)
$55.00 per night

Please note: Reservations are billed as reserved and are based on Saturday to Saturday (minimum of 4 nights)
 Children 12 years and under - half rate    Infants - free     Pet friendly!
 Arrival – 1:00 p.m. Depart 9:00a.m.

Sunset’s private Abby Road properties, paved vehicle parking lot and boat launch / battery service to all docks / excellent area maps / loaner rods, reels and tackle / orientation guiding tour for new guests / fish cleaning shack with fish wrap, freezer, bait fridge, ice machine / shore lunch cookouts  / canoe, paddles and life jackets.
All linens, bedding, towels, soaps / all kitchenware and appliances / electric heaters and fans / barbeques and propane for each cottage / laundry shed washer, dryer, soap / pay phone / garbage shed / common Boathouse Lounge with satellite T.V. / high speed internet & wireless router.

18ft. Lund with 4-stroke Yamaha 60hp and 50hp motors, graph, live well: $120.00 daily

16ft. Lund with Yamaha 25 hp: $80.00 daily (this boat is a courtesy for short hops and excursions)

FISHING GUIDE   $140.00 per day

BOAT PARKING (plug-in)  $6.00 per night or $35.00 per week

NOTE: Liability on boat and motor rentals - guests responsible for damages.
